St. Paul's School one of the oldest English Medium School in Tripura, with over 3500 students, is undeniably a powerful channel for IT use of the School. Here new and old blends together, marching ahead hand in hand to keep us with its glorious past and uncertain future.

Technology, ushered in a fundamental change when it comes to achievement in productivity in schools. Classrooms all over the world, have been using technology as a support, both in teaching and learning process, as well as sharing experiences and learning materials in this 21st century. This shift from the traditional system helps in student engagement and motivation.

The National Education Policy has also approved the use of technology in the teaching and learning process. But before educators could blend technology in the teaching and learning process, the pandemic forced the educators and students to use and experiment it every possible manner.  Today, education and technology are closely associated with each other. So, technology to be incorporated in the teaching learning process to shape the young minds for the future global citizen.

From The Desk of Secretary

I am delighted to see the website of the School being re-designed to meet the needs of the present times. The website – spsgartala.ac.in was extensively used during the pandemic to provide studying materials, lesson videos and providing information to the students and guardians when world stood still and all educational institutions were closed. In those dark days, the School with help of the Principal and Teachers carried the responsibility of teaching to the students. This website became the medium of contact with the parents.

This use of technology has become more relevant in the present format of education. I hope this new format of the site will help in serving the parents, guardians and students in the days to come. I pray to our Lord, Jesus Christ to bless the people involved in re-designing the site and help them to serve the people in the future also.
